Within the Digital Factories Tribe of the Business Technology Practice, we understand that technology-driven business transformation requires cross-functional teams who can work together, testing-and-learning, driving continuous business performance improvement. We concentrate on the following:

• Digital Transformation Strategy and Factory Op Model: Designing the vision, governance, roadmap and Op model for Digital Factories.
• Digital Delivery Squads: Landing and expanding scalable and cross-functional delivery squads.
• Pipeline Building and Business Case: Using design thinking and ideation to help build a factory pipeline – and then applying our rigour to the business case stage .
• Intelligent Automation: Using intelligent automation and robotics to help accelerate digital transformation , increase productivity and provide customers a better experience.
