Capgemini UK plc 2022 Corporate Governance Statement

This statement was prepared in accordance with the Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 and section 414CZA of Companies Act 2006, and was authorised and issued as part of the statutory accounts of Capgemini UK plc for the year ending 31 December 2022.

The Corporate Governance Statement includes an outline of the company’s corporate governance arrangements together with the directors’ statement of the performance of their duties under section 172(1) of the Companies Act 2006.
