I advise my clients on how to make better use of automated and technical test approaches and tooling, transforming them from traditional quality control models to more agile quality assurance models. My primary experience is performance testing, advising on what good requirements look like, and delivering the testing and results analysis to inform clients.
Through the consistent application of performance testing principles and techniques I identified and led the resolution of performance issues for the largest European banking migration at the time, reducing the “Transform” component for 31 million accounts from more than 48 hours to under 8 hours, allowing the successful delivery of this part of the programme in the time available during the migration.
