I am accountable for specific services within the Rolls-Royce IT account. I ensure that a service is managed with a business focus, participate in the governance of the service, and act as the single point of accountability to provide the level of attention and focus required for its delivery. I am responsible for continuous improvement, quality of the service, and the management of change affecting the services under my care. I make sure the necessary project and approval processes are followed and transition products and services successfully into BAU. I also identify and mitigate risks to any services or products in a project/CR/enhancement and manage the costs for any enhancements in my areas.
