My purpose is to help organisations and individuals transform. In a world where the rate of change is ever increasing, people are looking for ever more creative and collaborative responses to help their organisations navigate change.
I have considerable experience in collaborative consulting services, designing and delivering events and projects that cultivate divergent thinking, collaborative capability development and culture change to build organisational resilience and agility.
My day to day involves designing and delivering events for complex problem solving within programmes of work; supporting business development for the ASE (with a focus on marketing and B2B communication strategies) and overseeing the ASE GDPR compliance.
Outside of work I enjoy working on projects to help local, national and international communities. I’m a volunteer business mentor for the Prince’s Trust, work with a charity supporting amputees in Nepal and I guest lecture with the University of Winchester in IPR, Data Protection and Business Analysis.
