I lead Digital delivery from experience design through to back-end integration, underpinned by Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools, with a clear focus on client value.
My recent work has centred around leading value-driven, Product life-cycle (as opposed to project) delivery. This has led to transforming clients’ customer experiences via design-led approaches from improving existing digital experiences to establishing new customer propositions and experiences.
I am a senior member of Capgemini’s Engagement Management Community and am currently Delivery Director for our UK Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice.
