Capgemini’s Relaunch Programme is aimed at anyone who has taken a career break of between 2 and 10 years for whatever reason. Talented professionals are supported back into the business by providing a tailored 6-month programme to help refresh and update existing skills as well as developing confidence. Bringing a Returner into the business provides a fresh way of attracting experienced talent that may otherwise have felt unemployable having been away from the workforce for a period of time. It’s a great way to tap into a pool of underutilised skilled people.
The Programme will provide:
- Initial 6-month, fixed-term contract with a view to becoming a permanent employee.
- Four Returners coaching sessions over the 6-month period.
- Tailored L&D plan devised with the business to support the Returner back in the workforce.
- Support network of existing Returners.
As with all employees we aim to offer flexibility for the right candidate if the role allows and we support a variety of working patterns. We only place candidates into live roles.
