An Overview of the role
Motivated, collaborative and determined, our Management Consultants work in partnership with our Life Sciences clients to creatively solve some of their most pressing challenges. Bringing innovation and a hands-on collaborative approach to transforming customer experiences, workforce and operations.
No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It’s really rewarding. And it’s also really varied. You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.

- You’ll be able to use your consulting and sector expertise to help clients in your chosen area of specialism (in one or more of the following): Data Driven R&D, Patient Centric Clinical Trials, Commercial Effectiveness, Connected Health or Enterprise Transformation
- You’ll be an important part of a high growth sector within a fast-growing business, aiming to treble our revenues in the sector over the next 2 years.
- You’ll take an active role in the growth and development of the team through coaching and mentoring others and supporting their professional development.
You will already have some experience in the consulting industry and will be looking to move to an organisation that offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your career. You will have a good understanding and knowledge of pharma and/or life sciences organisations and understand the regulatory complexity that they face. In addition to this knowledge, you will have a strong understanding of, and aspiration to further grow your expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Commercial Effectiveness
- Connected Health
- Enterprise Transformation

Whilst you will have London, Glasgow or Manchester as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance.
