Who You’ll Be Working With

In Infrastructure Services, we deliver the technologies, services and platforms that keeps our clients moving forward on their digital journeys.  We provide the consulting, projects and runs services across cloud migration, cyber security, service management consulting as well as end user compute, service desk and hosting and cloud platform services.  We provide large scale outsourcing services for private, hybrid and public cloud with world class support services in compute, storage and network.  Working as an integrated unit with our applications, consulting and business services colleagues we work to provide truly end to end solutions delivering on our promise and vision to be our clients partner in their digital transformation journey.  With our recent move to an integrated global sales and delivery model this is exciting time to join our business. 

The Focus of Your Role

You will be responsible for leading a sub-segment within Infrastructure Services that spans a portfolio of clients in a particular segment.  Your focus will be to lead and run this business segment:

  • that means owning the P+L for your accounts balancing profitability with delivery excellence through deep understanding of your accounts scope of operations and synergies
  • building relationships with the other stakeholders in our business units
  • leveraging your expertise and others to help account managers develop clear account strategies and identify opportunities
  • drive profitable growth by identifying customer needs and working with colleagues to construct solutions that include the full breadth of both our infrastructure portfolio and wider Capgemini capabilities

 

You will be expected to build a close relationship with the most senior executives in your clients and to undertake regular reviews with them, and to do this you will need to develop your personal value proposition with these individuals.  There will be full accountability for managing a P&L of c. €20-40m.

What You’ll Do

·       The objective is to grow your sector with clients that recognise the value that Capgemini is delivering.

·       You will take the existing client relationship and revenue stream and develop this into a larger and more profitable portfolio in conjunction with your account team.

·       You will help develop and implement the overall sector strategy, in line with group initiatives.

·       You will manage overall client relationship at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted advisor.

·       You will provide strong leadership to client account teams, and also have responsibility to coach and mentor your team of Account Managers, with a focus on personal development and training. 

·       You will interact with business developers, solutioning teams from multiple disciplines, delivery people and bring all together into cohesive teams with a single vision for the account.  

·       You will ensure our global delivery teams are performing consistently and in line with company and client standards and procedures. 

·       You will not be responsible for new client acquisition but will interact with new business teams to help them acquire clients in your segment.
