The Market Unit is responsible for developing the full range of Capgemini’s capabilities and expertise to create a seamless end to end service for our clients. We’ve brilliant cross-sector experience and a huge range of offers which we bring to market, including Consulting, Applications Development and Management, Business Intelligence, Testing and Cloud Infrastructure Services.
The focus of your role
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales predominantly within the Travel and Transport sub-segment but with flexibility and energy to support other sub-segments within the Market Unit as required. This role will promote Capgemini in the market and will build relationships with clients and IT Services Eco-system partners promoting the Capgemini brand and positioning and selling the full breadth of Capgemini’s offers in the market.
New Business Sales roles are quota bearing and sales forms the primary performance objective. You will focus on new logo acquisition and demand generation (including cold calling where necessary).
What you’ll do
You will be focused on new client acquisition and driving growth into new name logos, and will have the ability to both create and drive opportunities to closure. You will be familiar with the various sources of demand – how to identify them, nurture them and be responsible for building an active pipeline of prospective deals.
What you’ll bring
With a background in one of the following; Travel and Transport, Telco, Media, Technology or Professional Services, you will be expert in demand generation activities and in devising strategies to promote Capgemini with tangible business results.
You will have clear and unambiguous accountability for improving Capgemini’s credibility within target clients in the market. You will both frame and drive business opportunities, leveraging the Applications Delivery teams. This will also involve the shaping and framing of propositions to meet client requirements.
