The focus of your role

As a nCino Business Analyst you will provide functional subject matter expertise (SME) on the nCino platform, Salesforce.com Platform, and banking leading practices

What you’ll do

  • This position is 80% Analysis and 20% Technical
  • Design and configure solutions based on customer requirements and aligned with nCino and Capgemini methodologies
  • Work in tandem with the Project Manager to evaluate the needs of the client and be able to communicate and implement those needs into the nCino system in the most efficient way possible
  • Analyze the current and future state data, technical, application and business architecture needed, verify and modify recommended implementation plan based on customer input
  • Gather, understand, document and manage customer / user requirements and desired goals 
  • Understand, assess and document the business and problem domain
  • Document AS-IS business processes; Analyze information and system requirements; Develop TO-BE business processes
  • Help with functional and technical design of the solution
  • Perform cost / benefit analysis for target solution
  • Discuss and support those who market and sell the end-product of the project

What you’ll bring

  • Proven capability of performing a similar role
  • Salesforce.com architecture experience preferred with app builder and/or Salesforce administrator certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
  • Proven ability to be held responsible and accountable for projects/tasks assigned
  • Strong team player who can motivate colleagues

    5. Sources of Knowledge – location of knowledge for business background
  3. IT Knowledge
    1. Paradigms – ways of creating and sharing knowledge
    2. Methodologies – identify and manage development processes
