An overview of the role

Motivated, collaborative and determined, our Management Consultants work in partnership with our customers to solve their challenges and bring insight, creativity, advice and strategy on leading technologies and trust us to be able to be hands-on to deliver as well. 

The work

No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It’s really rewarding. And it’s also really varied. You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.

Collaboration and Innovation

We really believe in creating a partnership with our customers. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), you’ll get to know the customer’s needs and challenges, demo innovative solutions and quickly solve problems. It’ll help you discover unexpected answers together.

We are growing and expanding our team of Consultants in Glasgow, and it is an exciting time to join the Invent family. The projects you will work on may be varied but will enable you to build up deep knowledge in your field – whether that be data science, technology strategy or process optimisation. We work across multiple sectors, so you might be working with customers in government, financial services, retail, automotive or the utilities markets.

The discipline you currently work in does not matter, but you are likely to have some experience in either technology, data science or process improvement, or you may have worked across multiple projects in a sector such as utilities, government or banking and financial services.
