New gender equality certification for Capgemini

Capgemini in the UK has achieved EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) ‘Move’ certification, the leading global assessment methodology and business standard on gender equality in the workplace.

Following on from the EDGE Assess certification secured in 2017, EDGE evaluated once again our talent pipeline data, organisational policies and employee feedback to determine that we are meeting the standard on recruitment and promotion, leadership training and mentoring, and company culture.

Frances Duffy, UK HR Director, commented: Two years on from achieving level one, we’re delighted to have been recognised by EDGE at the next level of certification, ‘Move’. Clearly we’re making continuous progress towards greater gender diversity and inclusion through our Active Inclusion programme.”

We received highly positive feedback on our policies, processes and steps taken, particularly for our award-winning Think | Ask | Act campaignReturn@Capgemini programme and work life harmony approach.
