Now in its third year, London’s Calling is Europe’s largest community led event for Salesforce professionals. With over 400 attendees, the event was a great occasion for community members to come together to learn, share insights and collaborate, even more so as Capgemini was a proud platinum sponsor of the drinks reception and conference.
As a first-time attendee of London’s Calling, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but it was a fantastic experience. The evening kicked-off with an evening reception for speakers, sponsors and Salesforce MVP’s. Capgemini’s Head of Package Solutions, David Lowson, opened the evening together with Leila Thomas from Urban Synergy to talk about our charity partnership. Together, they spoke on how Capgemini supports young people aged between 11-18 through focused mentoring programmes and work experience opportunities.
The following day, I involved myself in several breakout sessions where I expanded my network through attending interactive workshops and demonstrations. I also led a speaking session on Field Service Lightning (FSL) and how Capgemini’s Accelerator enhances and extends the Salesforce FSL product. This was a great opportunity to deepen conversations on how FSL Accelerator can make a real difference.
Overall, I can say it was an impressive and valuable event for Salesforce professionals and I thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly as I was able to meet other enthusiastic members of the Salesforce community and share my insights on FSL Accelerator.
