Together with our clients Heathrow Airport Limited and Direct Line Group, Capgemini won in two categories of the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) Awards at a gala ceremony in London last week. Now in their twelfth year, the NOA Awards reward innovation and pioneering best practice in outsourcing by suppliers, buyers and advisors.
Capgemini’s work with Heathrow Airport Limited on transforming their Terminal 2 secured the award in the “Outsourcing Works – Award for Delivering Business Value” category, and Capgemini and Direct Line Group were announced winners in the “Financial Services Outsourcing Project of the Year” category for a migration programme.
Mark Devonshire, Vice President, Head of Private Sector at Capgemini, commented on the wins: “These awards demonstrate the value of our relationships with clients that are helping us to deliver large-scale programmes with tangible, transformational results. I’m delighted with those prestigious wins and so should my colleagues who have delivered this important work.”
Kerry Hallard, CEO of the National Outsourcing Association, commented: “Yet again the NOA Awards has successfully showcased the savviest buyers and most talented suppliers coming together to deliver the most impressive outsourcing relationships that the industry has to offer. I was delighted by the strength and variety of winning case studies at this year’s awards ceremony. Standing out from this year’s shortlist was quite a feat, due to the high quality of outsourcing on display. This year’s winners have set an exceedingly high bar for what service providers and their clients can achieve when they work together.”
The NOA Awards have a strong history of bringing together service providers and their clients to celebrate the very best in collaborative outsourcing in order to achieve process innovations and excellent service delivery.
