L\u2019ampleur du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne montre clairement que des actions individuelles et incr\u00e9mentales ne peuvent, \u00e0 elles seules, apporter une r\u00e9ponse durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theconsumergoodsforum.com\/planet\/food-waste\/#googtrans(en|fr)\">Food Waste Coalition<\/a> du Consumer Goods Forum a pour mission de mobiliser et d\u2019orchestrer une action collective afin de r\u00e9duire les pertes alimentaires et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la durabilit\u00e9 dans le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail.
