Comment aidez-vous votre personnel \u00e0 s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 ces nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de travailler&nbsp;?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/2NZ6698.jpg?w=683\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-832890\" style=\"width:342px;height:512px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre programme New Era of Agility a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2020 dans le but d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e des employ\u00e9s, de stimuler leur motivation et de prot\u00e9ger leur bien-\u00eatre. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour stimuler l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;outils num\u00e9riques et collaboratifs, r\u00e9duire la bureaucratie et renforcer l&#8217;autonomie et la flexibilit\u00e9. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, nous avons adopt\u00e9 une approche \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s du bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s, comprenant cinq axes : bien-\u00eatre physique, mental, professionnel, social et financier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons mobilis\u00e9 les parties prenantes des RH, de l&#8217;Immobilier, des TIC, ainsi que les salari\u00e9s et les dirigeants, pour faire \u00e9voluer les modes de travail, les comportements et l&#8217;\u00e9tat d&#8217;esprit au sein de l&#8217;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;aspect le plus important est de changer les mentalit\u00e9s des gens et, \u00e0 travers cela, leur comportement &#8211; en particulier chez nos managers. Comment cr\u00e9er une coh\u00e9sion d&#8217;\u00e9quipe et insuffler un sentiment d&#8217;appartenance \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise ? Comment l&#8217;organisation devra-t-elle \u00eatre dirig\u00e9e dans le \u00ab&nbsp;next normal&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, nous utilisons l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques pour dresser le profil de 50 % de nos managers d&#8217;ici fin 2022 et des 50 % restants d&#8217;ici fin 2023. Nous voulons les aider \u00e0 rendre notre travail pertinent pour les employ\u00e9s, en leur donnant plus d&#8217;autonomie dans la prise de d\u00e9cision et en leur offrant l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d&#8217;avoir un impact significatif, par exemple dans la lutte contre le changement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-reamenagez-vos-bureaux-pour-vous-adapter-aux-nouvelles-exigences-du-travail-hybride\"><strong>Vous r\u00e9am\u00e9nagez vos bureaux pour vous adapter aux nouvelles exigences du travail hybride ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous faisons \u00e9voluer nos espaces de travail avec 25 % d&#8217;espaces pour les bureaux individuels et 75 % pour les espaces cr\u00e9atifs et collaboratifs. Si vous revenez sur place, ce ne doit pas \u00eatre simplement pour vous asseoir derri\u00e8re votre ordinateur portable, mais pour interagir avec vos coll\u00e8gues, vous nourrir de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie de chacun et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 des solutions de mani\u00e8re dynamique, d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en ligne. Quelles strat\u00e9gies adoptez-vous pour atteindre cet objectif ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes est une priorit\u00e9 claire pour nous, tout comme l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les nationalit\u00e9s, les ethnies et les niveaux de handicap. Pour y parvenir, nous devons am\u00e9liorer nos processus RH afin de promouvoir la m\u00e9ritocratie. La m\u00e9ritocratie est le fondement de la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons une gouvernance d\u00e9di\u00e9e sous la direction du PDG et moi-m\u00eame pour g\u00e9rer la politique de diversit\u00e9, d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d&#8217;inclusion (DEI) dans l&#8217;entreprise, avec un comit\u00e9 DEI sp\u00e9cifique au plus haut niveau. Nous visons un minimum de 20 % d&#8217;employ\u00e9s d&#8217;horizons divers au niveau de l&#8217;encadrement interm\u00e9diaire d&#8217;ici fin 2022&nbsp;; cet objectif passera \u00e0 24 % l&#8217;ann\u00e9e prochaine et continuera d&#8217;augmenter de 2 % chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences pour l&#8217;avenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-stellantis-cree-t-il-une-main-d-oeuvre-agile-avec-des-competences-pretes-pour-l-avenir-nbsp-nbsp-nbsp\"><strong>Comment Stellantis cr\u00e9e-t-il une main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre agile avec des comp\u00e9tences pr\u00eates pour l&#8217;avenir&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons une communaut\u00e9 mondiale d&#8217;expertise des employ\u00e9s, reliant des experts dans des domaines sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 travers l&#8217;entreprise, qui est con\u00e7ue pour renforcer l&#8217;\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences. Cette communaut\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la recherche et l&#8217;exp\u00e9rimentation, en \u00e9tablissant des relations externes et des partenariats pour d\u00e9velopper un savoir-faire technique, ce qui soutient notre plan strat\u00e9gique. Stellantis a l&#8217;intention de cr\u00e9er une acad\u00e9mie du logiciel et des donn\u00e9es pour recycler plus de 1 000 de nos ing\u00e9nieurs chaque ann\u00e9e afin qu&#8217;ils remplissent de multiples r\u00f4les au sein de notre communaut\u00e9 logicielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre objectif est d&#8217;embaucher les meilleurs talents en logiciels et en IA issus de la technologie et d&#8217;autres industries \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale. D&#8217;ici 2024, Stellantis a pour objectif de d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau de 4 500 ing\u00e9nieurs en logiciel, cr\u00e9ant des hubs de talents dans le monde entier. Nous avons lanc\u00e9 une \u00ab&nbsp;acad\u00e9mie \u00e9lectrique&nbsp;\u00bb au d\u00e9but de 2022 pour perfectionner l&#8217;ensemble de la force de vente de Stellantis autour des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE) d&#8217;ici 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous doublerons \u00e9galement le nombre de dirigeants directement responsables du r\u00e9sultat net et offrirons une formation entrepreneuriale \u00e0 nos dirigeants \u00e0 haut potentiel identifi\u00e9s afin d&#8217;encourager la cr\u00e9ation de valeur dans l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon principal objectif en tant que Directeur des ressources humaines et de la transformation est de lib\u00e9rer les talents de chacun.
