Cette \u00e9tude s\u2019appuie sur les donn\u00e9es d\u2019une enqu\u00eate en ligne r\u00e9alis\u00e9e courant mai 2023 aupr\u00e8s de 1 003 Fran\u00e7ais de 18 ans \u00e0 80 ans, repr\u00e9sentatifs de la population connect\u00e9e \u00e0 Internet.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude passe en revue la relation des usagers avec leur banque principale et les tendances d\u2019\u00e9volution des usages. Cette \u00e9tude, men\u00e9e annuellement depuis 2016, permet de confirmer au fil du temps certaines tendances ou d\u2019anticiper de nouvelles attentes :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-banques-en-ligne-continuent-de-prendre-des-parts-de-marche-nbsp\"><strong>Les banques en ligne continuent de prendre des parts de march\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les banques en ligne continuent \u00e0 progresser aupr\u00e8s des Fran\u00e7ais. 10% en ont fait leur banque principale, soit un doublement en 5 ans. 28% sont clients d\u2019au moins une banque en ligne \u00e0 titre principal ou secondaire et 40% des ouvertures de compte se font dans une banque en ligne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res se distinguent principalement par leurs tarifs comp\u00e9titifs, leurs offres promotionnelles et leur niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de recommandation, corollaire d\u2019un niveau de satisfaction sup\u00e9rieur (58% de clients tr\u00e8s satisfaits dans les banques en ligne vs. 35% pour l\u2019ensemble des banques), appuy\u00e9s par des investissements marketing et digitaux soutenus.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La ma\u00eetrise des frais bancaires, toujours en ligne de mire des clients<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, les pr\u00e9occupations \u00e9conomiques des clients guident nombre de leurs choix, notamment en termes de motivation de changement de banque principale.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tandis que pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux jugent que les tarifs des banques ont connu une forte hausse sur les 12 derniers mois, la recherche de meilleurs tarifs ou le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019une offre promotionnelle constituent aujourd\u2019hui le premier crit\u00e8re de choix (40% de citations) de leur banque principale, loin devant la qualit\u00e9 du conseil (27%), la souscription d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit (14%) ou la recherche d\u2019une agence de proximit\u00e9 (10%). Ils jugent les banques l\u00e9gitimes pour les accompagner dans la gestion de leur budget, et sont notamment int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les offres de cashback, l\u2019optimisation de la gestion de leur tr\u00e9sorerie, ou encore la proposition de partenaires leur permettant de r\u00e9duire leurs d\u00e9penses r\u00e9currentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La banque de demain : des services non bancaires et responsables ? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les clients sont plus nombreux \u00e0 vouloir privil\u00e9gier le rendement de leur \u00e9pargne \u00e0 son placement sur des produits dits \u00ab responsables \u00bb, ils n\u2019en demeurent pas moins attentifs \u00e0 l\u2019image de leur banque en mati\u00e8re d\u2019engagements ESG, et formulent sur ce point des avis disparates : pr\u00e8s de 40% des clients jugent leur banque engag\u00e9e sur les plans soci\u00e9taux et environnementaux quand 20% jugent l\u2019inverse, et une majorit\u00e9 regrette un manque de communication sur leurs actions ainsi qu\u2019un manque de proactivit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur proposer des solutions d\u2019accompagnement (ex. : calculateur carbone, placements \u00ab verts
