N\u00e9anmoins, il est bouscul\u00e9 par les attentes croissantes des clients, l\u2019\u00e9mergence de concurrents d\u2019autres secteurs et les nouvelles technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que le rythme des transformations n\u00e9cessaires s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, les d\u00e9cideurs de l\u2019assurance sont \u00e0 un carrefour. Doivent-ils tout miser sur un c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier revisit\u00e9 et optimis\u00e9 ou doivent-ils se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 des changements plus radicaux en investissant massivement dans l\u2019innovation, les partenariats ou les acquisitions ? Ce dilemme n\u2019est pas nouveau : de nombreuses entreprises y ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es, et le doute continue encore de tourmenter leurs responsables.
