des concurrents offrant des exp\u00e9riences plus personnalis\u00e9es. 75 % des clients interrog\u00e9s pl\u00e9biscitent les services des FinTechs, plus \u00e9conomiques et plus fluides, ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re de services bancaires num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, les banques traditionnelles peinent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces attentes, 70 % des cadres bancaires \u00e9tant pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par le fait de ne pas disposer de ressources suffisantes pour l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent,
