cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement des acteurs du secteur avec force. Les entreprises doivent se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence : dans la nouvelle normalit\u00e9, ce type d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 et de bouleversement sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 se reproduire, que ce soit dans le cadre de catastrophes naturelles, de tensions g\u00e9opolitiques ou de pand\u00e9mies. La question est de savoir : sont-elles pr\u00eates !<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/06\/Synthese_FR_SupplyChainCPR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/05\/CouvSyntheseFRCRISupplyChainInCPR.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-207213\" style=\"width:294px;height:393px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cg-core-paragraph\">Pour comprendre les d\u00e9fis auxquels les entreprises sont confront\u00e9es et la fa\u00e7on dont elles y r\u00e9pondent, nous avons lanc\u00e9, pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/04\/Supply-Chain-in-CPR_2021-03-10_Web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le dernier rapport du Capgemini Research Institute \u2013 The wake-up call : Building supply chain resilience in consumer products and retail for a post-COVID world<\/a>, une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de plus de 400 dirigeants d\u2019organisations du secteur des biens de consommation et du commerce dans onze pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons constat\u00e9 que le COVID a eu un impact massif sur la demande des consommateurs et sur la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement :<strong> 85 % des entreprises du secteur et 88 % des commer\u00e7ants<\/strong> <strong>ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des perturbations et \u00e0 un changement radical de la part du consommateur qui se tourne vers le commerce \u00e9lectronique<\/strong>. Cela a forc\u00e9 de nombreuses entreprises du secteur des biens de consommation et du commerce \u00e0 repenser leur supply chain. En fait, <strong>66 % des organisations pr\u00e9voient des changements importants dans leur strat\u00e9gie de cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-developper-la-flexibilite-et-l-agilite-de-sa-supply-chain\">D\u00e9velopper la flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019agilit\u00e9 de sa supply chain <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de ces bouleversements, les entreprises devraient repenser leur strat\u00e9gie et \u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 affronter les perturbations pour d\u00e9velopper la flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019agilit\u00e9 de leur supply chain :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En ayant une vision sur l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En anticipant l\u2019\u00e9volution de la production, la r\u00e9organisation des r\u00e9seaux logistiques ou l\u2019ouverture de nouveaux canaux de livraison.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En diversifiant la base des fournisseurs et des partenaires de production et de transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En orchestrant la planification d\u2019urgence pour r\u00e9agir aux perturbations et tester des sc\u00e9narios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils devraient \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper l\u2019automatisation de l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene, y compris dans les entrep\u00f4ts et les magasins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cg-core-paragraph\">Enfin, ils devraient revoir la livraison du dernier kilom\u00e8tre pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande des consommateurs pour une meilleure exp\u00e9rience de livraison en s\u2019appuyant sur un r\u00e9seau de magasins optimis\u00e9, des politiques de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre flexible et des mod\u00e8les de
