On peut donc se demander si les employ\u00e9s pensent que leurs organisations d\u00e9veloppent les bonnes comp\u00e9tences, les bons attributs et les bons processus pour le lieu de travail de demain. Nous avons voulu le savoir !<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p class=\"is-style-cg-core-paragraph\">Pour le dernier rapport du Capgemini Research Institute,<em> \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>R\u00e9apprendre le leadership, comment manager dans un environnement hybride&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> (Re-learning leadership : Creating the hybrid-workplace leader), nous avons interrog\u00e9 1 380 personnes de 548 organisations et men\u00e9 des entretiens approfondis avec des cadres du secteur, des universitaires et des experts en d\u00e9veloppement du leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons constat\u00e9 une discordance croissante. Alors que 69% des dirigeants pensent que leur organisation a r\u00e9ussi la transition vers un mod\u00e8le de travail \u00e0 distance\/hybride, seuls 49% des employ\u00e9s sont de cet avis. \u00c0 cette fin, les organisations doivent non seulement former aux comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires les managers pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des salari\u00e9s dans un monde hybride (authenticit\u00e9, intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, ouverture au changement, etc.). Mais elles doivent \u00e9galement mettre en \u0153uvre des processus et des pratiques qui valorisent et r\u00e9compensent ces qualit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une approche syst\u00e9mique et une direction centr\u00e9e sur les personnes peuvent contribuer \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du changement, tandis que la pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel renforcera le
