r\u00e9v\u00e9lant que, si femmes et hommes affichent d\u00e9sormais un niveau de confiance et de performance comparable en leadership, des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre persistants continuent d\u2019influencer la perception des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s du futur, notamment l\u2019IA, l\u2019automatisation, l\u2019innovation ou l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es. Alors que la majorit\u00e9 des hommes consid\u00e8rent ces comp\u00e9tences comme \u00ab\u202fmasculines\u202f\u00bb, les femmes les per\u00e7oivent majoritairement comme neutres, cr\u00e9ant un d\u00e9calage qui pourrait freiner l\u2019acc\u00e8s des deux genres aux postes de direction. L\u2019IA est per\u00e7ue comme essentielle pour progresser, mais moins de la moiti\u00e9 des leaders \u2013 hommes comme femmes \u2013 se sentent r\u00e9ellement comp\u00e9tents sur ces sujets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019impact de ces biais sur les carri\u00e8res : 53 % des femmes d\u00e9clarent avoir subi un d\u00e9savantage salarial li\u00e9 au genre, quand 40 % des hommes estiment au contraire en avoir b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9, et seules 52 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es jugent que les promotions sont \u00e9quitables. Les obstacles touchent aussi les hommes, pr\u00e8s de 4 sur 10 citant un mauvais \u00e9quilibre vie pro\/vie perso comme frein. Capgemini appelle les organisations \u00e0 renforcer la formation, le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et les actions syst\u00e9miques pour b\u00e2tir des cultures de leadership
