Les entreprises ont conjugu\u00e9 leurs efforts pour concevoir et d\u00e9ployer la solution dans le laboratoire de levage de Schneider Electric \u00e0 Grenoble. La solution de r\u00e9seau priv\u00e9 sans fil 5G permet de rationaliser et d\u2019optimiser le d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des technologies digitales sur une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019environnements industriels, comme des aci\u00e9ries ou des sites portuaires. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l&#8217;avionique \u00e0 l&#8217;automobile en passant par la sid\u00e9rurgie et le transport maritime, les applications de levage jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la cha\u00eene logistique et les op\u00e9rations de fabrication&nbsp;: des mat\u00e9riaux et des marchandises lourds sont en effet transport\u00e9s sur des distances pouvant atteindre des centaines de m\u00e8tres. De plus, nous allons explorer davantage de cas d\u2019usage industriels permis par la 5G pour des applications multiples dans des domaines aussi vari\u00e9s que la <\/em><em>production discr\u00e8te, <\/em><em>l&#8217;automatisation hybride et l&#8217;automatisation des processus. \u00c0 moyen terme, nous exp\u00e9rimenterons une int\u00e9gration plus avanc\u00e9e de la technologie 5G dans nos \u00e9quipements d&#8217;automatisation.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Syst\u00e8mes de levage automatis\u00e9s sans fil<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de levage automatis\u00e9s augmentent la productivit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les performances op\u00e9rationnelles des sites industriels. Cependant, leur mise en \u0153uvre n\u00e9cessite des temps de r\u00e9action rapides, une pr\u00e9cision et une fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une disponibilit\u00e9 24h\/24 et 7 jours\/7, ainsi que des capacit\u00e9s manuelles et autonomes. En outre, plusieurs syst\u00e8mes compl\u00e9mentaires doivent \u00eatre interconnect\u00e9s&nbsp;: des cam\u00e9ras pour la surveillance \u00e0 distance, des contr\u00f4leurs logiques programmables (PLC<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>) pour diverses fonctions de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 distance, incluant notamment des fonctions d\u2019automatisation, et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les caract\u00e9ristiques intrins\u00e8ques de la 5G permettent de remplacer avantageusement les r\u00e9seaux existant en r\u00e9duisant la complexit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau, le nombre de connexions filaires tout en garantissant une connectivit\u00e9 unifi\u00e9e, fiable et \u00e9volutive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Cette collaboration avec Schneider Electric d\u00e9montre la capacit\u00e9 unique de Capgemini \u00e0 tirer parti des technologies pour innover et cr\u00e9er de nouveaux cas d\u2019usage adapt\u00e9s aux besoins de nos clients.
