Selon les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate annuelle de Capgemini sur les vacances, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46 %) des d\u00e9taillants s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une augmentation des ventes et la moiti\u00e9 des acheteurs (49 %) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 faire davantage d\u2019achats en ligne pendant les f\u00eates que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. En pr\u00e9vision de cela, 93 % des d\u00e9taillants ont pris des mesures d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9es pour renforcer leur offre en ligne, 50 % ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur site web ou leur offre de commerce \u00e9lectronique, 34 % ont augment\u00e9 leur capacit\u00e9 de trafic sur le web et 21 % ont introduit de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences d\u2019achat
