Le commerce en ligne les a habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 une richesse d\u2019information, une fluidit\u00e9 d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et une r\u00e9activit\u00e9 en cas d\u2019impr\u00e9vu qui leur apparaissent d\u00e9sormais naturelles. Si l\u2019on ajoute \u00e0 cela les possibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019IA, d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9es, le d\u00e9calage ne cesse de s\u2019amplifier entre les services digitaux propos\u00e9s par les professionnels du voyage et les attentes de leurs clients. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>Pour se resynchroniser avec sa client\u00e8le, le secteur du voyage doit passer d\u2019une logique transactionnelle \u00e0 une logique relationnelle, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire accompagner les voyageurs tout au long de leur parcours, et non plus seulement leur vendre billets et prestations. Il s\u2019agirait de pouvoir proposer des offres packag\u00e9es, personnalis\u00e9es, et de pr\u00e9senter, tout au long de son parcours, une information en temps r\u00e9el, unifi\u00e9e et intelligible. L\u2019incarnation ultime de cette approche de \u00ab&nbsp;<em>modern retailing<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb serait un assistant de voyage, un <em>travel companion<\/em>, capable d\u2019anticiper les besoins, de b\u00e2tir un itin\u00e9raire sur mesure et de le reconfigurer au gr\u00e9 des al\u00e9as et des opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-donnee-la-cle-de-l-experience-et-de-la-performance\">La donn\u00e9e, la cl\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et de la performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet id\u00e9al, seule une donn\u00e9e fiable, homog\u00e8ne et partag\u00e9e entre tous les acteurs de la cha\u00eene du voyage (h\u00f4tellerie, transport, location de v\u00e9hicules, plateformes de r\u00e9servation\u2026), peut permettre de le concr\u00e9tiser. Une donn\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9 est en effet indispensable pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personnaliser les parcours en croisant les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, les contraintes, les d\u00e9sirs de chaque voyageur, mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 par son jumeau num\u00e9rique, avec l\u2019offre disponible ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 tous les niveaux (yield management, maintenance pr\u00e9dictive, gestion des flux\u2026) ;D\u00e9velopper de nouvelles sources de revenus en proposant des options et des services innovants, combin\u00e9s, premiums ou \u00e0 la carte ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duire l\u2019impact environnemental, \u00e0 la fois pour des questions de responsabilit\u00e9 et de conformit\u00e9, mais aussi parce que cet argument p\u00e8se de plus en plus dans les choix des voyageurs ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la coordination, car l\u2019objectif n\u2019est plus seulement d\u2019exceller sur son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, mais de contribuer \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 globale de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du voyageur. Avec la donn\u00e9e, le voyage n\u2019est plus cet assemblage hasardeux laiss\u00e9 au soin du client et expos\u00e9 au moindre impond\u00e9rable, mais un tout homog\u00e8ne, personnalis\u00e9, intelligent et \u00e9volutif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-partage-de-la-donnee-un-enjeu-pour-l-ecosysteme\">Le partage de la donn\u00e9e, un enjeu pour l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour tout le secteur, c\u2019est toutefois une profonde transformation qui doit s\u2019op\u00e9rer car si les voyagistes g\u00e8rent de longue date d\u2019\u00e9normes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es, ils le font bien souvent avec des syst\u00e8mes anciens, cloisonn\u00e9s, dont il est difficile d\u2019extraire des informations exploitables en dehors de leur usage premier. Certes, les donn\u00e9es sont abondantes, mais elles sont aussi tr\u00e8s h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, peu accessibles, parfois incompl\u00e8tes et d\u2019une fiabilit\u00e9 incertaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atteindre la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es indispensables \u00e0 la r\u00e9volution data-centric du monde du voyage va n\u00e9cessiter des efforts collectifs, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du secteur. Diverses initiatives \u00e9mergent d\u2019ailleurs en ce sens : cr\u00e9ation de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels communs, de standards d\u2019\u00e9change, de data spaces (Eona-X), de plateformes collaboratives, de smart contracts et de syst\u00e8mes de gouvernance et de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 fond\u00e9s sur la blockchain\u2026 Peu \u00e0 peu, se constituent des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes de donn\u00e9es offrant aux acteurs un cadre technologique et contractuel de confiance pour partager leurs donn\u00e9es (et la valeur qu\u2019ils en tireront).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-parcours-de-transformation-pour-chacun-des-acteurs\">Un parcours de transformation pour chacun des acteurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mais cela r\u00e9clamera aussi des efforts individuels car chacun doit commencer par mettre de l\u2019ordre chez lui. Pour disposer d\u2019une donn\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9 et \u00eatre en mesure de l\u2019exploiter, de la partager et de d\u00e9velopper des produits data intelligents, il convient de poser des fondations solides. La donn\u00e9e doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un actif strat\u00e9gique et cette vision ambitieuse, port\u00e9e au plus haut niveau, doit se mat\u00e9rialiser par un plan de transformation abordant tous les sujets :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gouvernance, qui doit \u00eatre partag\u00e9e entre l\u2019IT et les m\u00e9tiers ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la conformit\u00e9 et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, en particulier dans des environnements ouverts et multi-clouds ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La modernisation des syst\u00e8mes tout au long du cycle de vie de la donn\u00e9e : collecte, entreposage, analyse, pr\u00e9sentation\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019industrialisation des ressources pour identifier, d\u00e9velopper et passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de nouveaux cas d\u2019usage : Data Factory, IA Factory\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019organisation et les comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformation data-centric est un cheminement parfois long qui n\u00e9cessite aussi de rompre avec certaines habitudes.
