Les clients ont pourtant une vision plus large de cette m\u00eame exp\u00e9rience, qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent sur l\u2019ensemble du cycle d\u2019utilisation de leur v\u00e9hicule, en distinguant bien ce qui rel\u00e8ve de la transaction, de ce qui rel\u00e8ve de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience transactionnelle<\/strong> ponctu\u00e9e de moments forts qui d\u00e9terminent l\u2019activation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur <\/strong>li\u00e9e au logiciel embarqu\u00e9 dans les v\u00e9hicules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-experience-transactionnelle-quatre-moments-cles-pour-l-activation-client\">L\u2019exp\u00e9rience transactionnelle : quatre moments cl\u00e9s pour l\u2019activation client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activation digitale et personnalisation initiale<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parcours client d\u00e9bute majoritairement en ligne, o\u00f9 le site internet du constructeur joue un r\u00f4le fondamental. L\u2019enjeu autour de l&#8217;activation digitale est de pouvoir permettre un suivi du client tout au long de sa recherche de v\u00e9hicule, en lui offrant une personnalisation pouss\u00e9e et une exp\u00e9rience sans rupture, et ceci alors que diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s manipulent cette donn\u00e9e (constructeur, captive de financement, r\u00e9seau de distribution). Les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es et conservables dans les ERP<sup data-fn=\"df069617-1035-4f8a-9633-28d6558597f5\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"df069617-1035-4f8a-9633-28d6558597f5-link\" href=\"#df069617-1035-4f8a-9633-28d6558597f5\">2<\/a><\/sup> et DMS<sup data-fn=\"b02e6de8-0cc7-43bf-a9c0-27ebec7d5c71\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"b02e6de8-0cc7-43bf-a9c0-27ebec7d5c71-link\" href=\"#b02e6de8-0cc7-43bf-a9c0-27ebec7d5c71\">3<\/a><\/sup> sont de plus en plus pertinentes pour permettre une personnalisation, notamment lors de la configuration du v\u00e9hicule, mais aussi par la suite tout au long du processus de d\u00e9cision avant l\u2019achat, qui peut durer plusieurs mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019essai v\u00e9hicule : un moment clef pour transformer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019essai du v\u00e9hicule reste l\u2019\u00e9tape cruciale pour faire vivre une exp\u00e9rience de marque au client, et le convaincre d\u2019acheter. Les clients viennent mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9s en concession, et limitent leur \u00ab&nbsp;panier&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 une ou deux marques seulement. Le d\u00e9placement en concession est d\u00e8s lors, l\u2019occasion de magnifier le produit et de cr\u00e9er le lien avec le client en recueillant des informations cl\u00e9s sur ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. La bonne utilisation de ces donn\u00e9es permet de personnaliser le processus de vente pour une client\u00e8le en qu\u00eate d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences sur mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La mise en main du v\u00e9hicule : accompagner la complexit\u00e9 croissante<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l&#8217;augmentation des technologies embarqu\u00e9es et des exigences r\u00e9glementaires telles que la loi GSR2<sup data-fn=\"7d9db963-d01b-4a94-a049-3d7cdb3e9b97\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"7d9db963-d01b-4a94-a049-3d7cdb3e9b97-link\" href=\"#7d9db963-d01b-4a94-a049-3d7cdb3e9b97\">4<\/a><\/sup>, les v\u00e9hicules deviennent de plus en plus complexes. La mise en main du v\u00e9hicule n\u00e9cessite un accompagnement approfondi, parfois en deux \u00e9tapes, pour garantir une compr\u00e9hension optimale des fonctionnalit\u00e9s par le client. Cet accompagnement renforce la satisfaction et la fid\u00e9lisation du client, en lui offrant une exp\u00e9rience sans tracas malgr\u00e9 la sophistication technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019apr\u00e8s-vente : un levier pour une relation client durable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;apr\u00e8s-vente est un moment cl\u00e9 pour entretenir la relation dans le temps avec le client, recueillir son feedback, et comprendre l&#8217;\u00e9volution de ses habitudes. Autant d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s de capter des informations \u00e0 g\u00e9rer dans le temps pour d\u00e9clencher les sc\u00e9narii qui favoriseront le renouvellement, ou la recommandation \u00e0 des tiers. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanctuariser les quatre moments cl\u00e9s du parcours d&#8217;achat est strat\u00e9gique pour les constructeurs automobiles et leurs r\u00e9seaux de distribution. La capture de la data client dans les ERP et DMS et l\u2019utilisation pertinente de l\u2019intelligence artificielle permettent de d\u00e9velopper des approches clients tr\u00e8s personnalis\u00e9es et plus efficaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-experience-utilisateur-vers-une-experience-augmentee-via-les-logiciels-embarques\">L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur : vers une exp\u00e9rience augment\u00e9e via les logiciels embarqu\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le second volet de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience client se vit au quotidien, dans le v\u00e9hicule, de mani\u00e8re quasi transparente, gr\u00e2ce des logiciels embarqu\u00e9s, voire de l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Ces technologies permettent de comprendre les habitudes de mobilit\u00e9 des consommateurs et visent \u00e0 simplifier leur vie en optimisant l&#8217;utilisation du v\u00e9hicule. Les services associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9, tels que la gestion intelligente de la recharge pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ou la navigation pr\u00e9dictive, deviennent des atouts majeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les pr\u00e9visions, le march\u00e9 des logiciels automobiles devrait atteindre 82\u202fmilliards de dollars d&#8217;ici 2027, refl\u00e9tant l&#8217;importance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/perspectives\/blog\/software-automobile\/\">croissante du software<\/a> dans l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. L&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;anticiper les besoins des utilisateurs de mani\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, en offrant des services personnalis\u00e9s et adaptatifs. L\u2019univers de la transaction est d\u00e9port\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule, avec un nouvel enjeu d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client aussi fluide que possible avec des solutions de paiement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette digitalisation accrue soul\u00e8ve n\u00e9anmoins des d\u00e9fis majeurs en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles. Les constructeurs doivent int\u00e9grer ces consid\u00e9rations dans leurs strat\u00e9gies afin de garantir la confiance des consommateurs. D&#8217;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente, 85\u202f% des clients se disent pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs donn\u00e9es dans les v\u00e9hicules connect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vers-une-experience-client-holistique-et-securisee\">Vers une exp\u00e9rience client holistique et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;industrie automobile est \u00e0 un tournant et l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience client reste un diff\u00e9renciateur cl\u00e9. Les constructeurs doivent innover en offrant une exp\u00e9rience d&#8217;achat personnalis\u00e9e et en int\u00e9grant des technologies avanc\u00e9es dans leurs v\u00e9hicules, tout en assurant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite passera par une approche holistique, centr\u00e9e sur les besoins du client tout au long de son parcours.
