De plus en plus, les organismes sociaux orientent leur r\u00e9flexion vers ce mod\u00e8le : visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les difficult\u00e9s autant que possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici trois fa\u00e7ons concr\u00e8tes dont les services sociaux se pr\u00e9parent pour l&#8217;avenir et aident leurs citoyens \u00e0 faire de m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-evenements-de-vie-placer-les-citoyens-au-coeur-des-solutions-d-aide-sociale\">\u00c9v\u00e9nements de vie \u2013 placer les citoyens au c\u0153ur des solutions d&#8217;aide sociale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait qu\u2019un service d&#8217;aide sociale soit disponible ne signifie pas que les citoyens vont en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier. Certains peuvent simplement ne pas en avoir besoin. D\u2019autres peuvent compter sur leur famille ou leur communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 la place. Les citoyens interagissent avec les administrations via des plateformes d&#8217;aides en ligne en un clic (OOC \u2013 Communication Unique), signalent l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement de vie, et trouvent une liste de services rendus par plusieurs d\u00e9partements administratifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette approche permet de gagner du temps, des efforts et de l\u2019argent. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service.nsw.gov.au\/\">Les gouvernements de Singapour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.life.gov.sg\/\">d&#8217;Australie<\/a>, du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/\">Royaume-Uni<\/a> et des <a href=\"https:\/\/dubainow.dubai.ae\/\">\u00c9mirats Arabes Unis<\/a> ont adopt\u00e9 cette m\u00e9thodologie de prestation de services et continuent de moderniser leurs services \u00e0 travers des portails unifi\u00e9s et des applications mobiles. D\u2019autres administrations, comme la ville <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tamm.abudhabi\/\">d\u2019Abou Dhabi<\/a>, examinent les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de vie pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de leurs citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-services-d-aide-sociale-numeriques-donner-vie-aux-donnees\">Services d&#8217;aide sociale num\u00e9riques \u2013 donner vie aux donn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quels programmes de services sociaux fonctionnent ? Fonctionnent-ils de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on pour tous les citoyens ? Quelles r\u00e9gions ont besoin de plus d\u2019assistance ? Et que pouvons-nous apprendre des \u00e9tapes que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 franchies ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour chacune de ces questions, les r\u00e9ponses se trouvent dans les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les administrations sont assises sur un tr\u00e9sor.
