Mais offrir une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience client unifi\u00e9e, de bout-en-bout, reste encore un tour de force.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>Les acteurs du secteur ont, dans leur globalit\u00e9, r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 prendre le virage de l\u2019e-commerce et offrir des parcours clients diversifi\u00e9s. Bien s\u00fbr avec de nombreuses cons\u00e9quences sur le point de vente qui doit s\u2019adapter \u00e0 chaque nouveau parcours (click and collect, ship from store, darkstore, retours\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, l\u2019omnicanalit\u00e9 ne se limite pas aux parcours e-commerce et son maillage avec le commerce physique ne fait que commencer. Les cloisons restent nombreuses : vision des stocks, organisation du r\u00e9seau logistique et traitement des donn\u00e9es freinent encore les synergies. Or, l\u2019omnicanalit\u00e9, pour s\u2019exprimer pleinement, vise \u00e0 fusionner l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es clients, des stocks et des commandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette unification de la data dans une solution OMS permet alors \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de se lib\u00e9rer de la notion m\u00eame de canal et de traiter chaque vente ind\u00e9pendamment du point d\u2019origine de la commande. Elle offre alors la possibilit\u00e9 au client d\u2019acheter et de retourner un produit depuis n\u2019importe quel point de contact \u2014 physique ou digital \u2014 de mani\u00e8re fluide. Finalement, le client n\u2019interagit plus avec diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s commerciales de l\u2019enseigne mais directement avec elle, dans une grande coh\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-vision-des-stocks-omnicanale\">Une vision des stocks omnicanale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu de retailers jouissent d\u2019une r\u00e9elle vision globale et unifi\u00e9e des stocks. L\u2019entreprise doit se munir d\u2019une plateforme num\u00e9rique permettant de proposer une offre unique associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une promesse fiable de disponibilit\u00e9 de stock, quel que soit le canal de vente et de retrait. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019obtenir une vue en temps r\u00e9el des donn\u00e9es stocks (disponibles, r\u00e9serv\u00e9s, transit, bloqu\u00e9s, futurs,&nbsp; \u2026.) et cela sur la globalit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau logistique (des entrep\u00f4ts, des points de vente, point de retrait, drives, lockers,\u2026). Connect\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les points de stock du retailer et \u00e0 ceux de ses fournisseurs, des marketplaces et des autres revendeurs, l\u2019OMS assure la convergence de toute la donn\u00e9e relative aux stocks au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette vue \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s constitue \u00e9galement une excellente aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision pour piloter le stock en fonction de la demande et r\u00e9duire le risque de rupture ou de surstockage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019OMS prend aujourd\u2019hui encore plus de sens pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des enjeux majeurs du retail (r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d\u2019approvisionnement et de stockage, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la rotation des stocks \u2026) et s\u2019adapter \u00e0 de nouvelles exigences des consommateurs comme la personnalisation, le stock de seconde main ou la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9organiser la logistique vers le micro-fulfillment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour atteindre une organisation omnicanale globale, une r\u00e9organisation de la logistique est n\u00e9cessaire. Celle-ci doit devenir plus agile et permettre de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais, les co\u00fbts de stockage et de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapprocher les stocks et pr\u00e9parer les commandes au plus pr\u00e8s du client est gage d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle. L\u2019organisation logistique \u00e9volue vers la multiplication de hubs logistiques r\u00e9gionaux, des dark stores, tout en s\u2019appuyant sur leur r\u00e9seau de magasins et de revendeurs, et en modernisant et automatisant les entrep\u00f4ts centraux existants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec agilit\u00e9, l\u2019OMS facilite cette transformation en centralisant progressivement les donn\u00e9es stocks et les commandes, en enrichissant et en fiabilisant la promesse client, en adaptant les r\u00e8gles d\u2019orchestration de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration (BtoC, BtoB, transferts\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019image des entrep\u00f4ts \u00e9quip\u00e9s de solutions WMS et\/ou WCS, la gestion des commandes et du stock sur des surfaces plus petites et plus agiles doit s\u2019accompagner d\u2019outils digitaux pour ex\u00e9cuter ces t\u00e2ches de pick, pack, ship. Pour cela plusieurs solutions OMS ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans leur suite des modules de micro-fulfillment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dotant les responsables de magasins de solutions num\u00e9riques int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, le micro-fulfillment (qui repose sur de micro-plateformes logistiques) est synonyme de gain de performances \u00e9conomiques et environnementales, mais aussi d\u2019image de marque : le retailer place l\u2019humain au c\u0153ur de sa relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi de la logistique invers\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <em>reverse logistic<\/em> co\u00fbte d\u2019autant plus cher aux entreprises que, pour s\u2019aligner sur la concurrence, celles-ci offrent bien souvent des retours produits de plus en plus \u00e9tendus et souvent sans frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui les processus de retours restent souvent \u00e0 la marge de l\u2019omnicanalit\u00e9 et restent encore complexes \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser de bout en bout. La centralisation du portefeuille de commandes dans l\u2019OMS permet de faire le lien entre le retour et la vente quel que soit le lieu de retour, et de d\u00e9clencher les processus associ\u00e9s : remboursement, d\u00e9cagnottage, fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, \u00e9change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vision unifi\u00e9e des stocks dans l\u2019OMS acc\u00e9l\u00e8re \u00e9galement la r\u00e9introduction du stock retourn\u00e9 dans le circuit de vente ou son transfert vers un centre de recyclage ou un march\u00e9 de seconde main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9soudre toutes les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es au retour des produits, dans un objectif de fluidification des processus, revient \u00e0 poser les conditions d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie omnicanale autour d\u2019un commerce unifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019OMS est un pilier de la strat\u00e9gie omnicanale qui repose sur le d\u00e9silotage de l\u2019organisation et une vision de commerce unifi\u00e9. Sa mise en \u0153uvre s&#8217;inscrit dans un programme de transformation globale de l\u2019entreprise et de son syst\u00e8me d\u2019informations.
