Elle a rejoint le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif du Groupe en juillet 2023.<br><br>Elle est notamment en charge de piloter l&#8217;agenda des Ressources Humaines pour la Direction des Op\u00e9rations du Groupe ainsi que pour ses entit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques <em>(Strategic Business Unit\u00a0: SBU)<\/em>.<br><br>Auparavant, de 2017 \u00e0 2020, elle \u00e9tait responsable des Ressources Humaines pour l&#8217;Europe et des Relations Sociales du Groupe, apr\u00e8s avoir pilot\u00e9 les Ressources Humaines de la ligne d\u2019activit\u00e9 Services applicatifs de la r\u00e9gion Europe continentale en 2016.<br><br>Inma Casero a rejoint Capgemini en 2012 en qualit\u00e9 de responsable des Ressources Humaines de la ligne d\u2019activit\u00e9s Services d\u2019infrastructure o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait en charge des projets de transformation.\u00a0<br><br>Avant de rejoindre Capgemini, Inma Casero a pass\u00e9 la majeure partie de sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle chez Technicolor (anciennement Thomson) o\u00f9 elle a acquis une exp\u00e9rience cl\u00e9 dans la direction d&#8217;\u00e9quipes culturellement diverses- aussi bien aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Am\u00e9rique latine, dans la r\u00e9gion EMEA qu\u2019en Asie-Pacifique &#8211; ainsi qu&#8217;un solide bagage en droit du travail dans ces m\u00eames r\u00e9gions.\u00a0<br><br>Inma Casero est \u00e9galement administratrice ind\u00e9pendante du Conseil de Broadpeak. Elle est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l&#8217;<em>Universidad de Castilla La Mancha<\/em> (Cuenca, Espagne) en droit et en administration des affaires, et de la <em>Harvard Business School<\/em> (Boston, MA,
