faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/h2><p class=\"intro-para-content\">Cette ambition s\u2019est notamment concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e par la signature avec les organisations syndicales de quatre accords successifs d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 cette question de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes avec notamment un axe d\u2019action sur les parcours professionnels qui contient des mesures concr\u00e8tes se rapportant au recrutement, \u00e0 la gestion des carri\u00e8res, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale et la formation. Un des objectifs que nous nous sommes fix\u00e9s est que la part des femmes occupant des postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s refl\u00e8te celle au niveau de l\u2019UES.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>La part des femmes augmente r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au sein de l\u2019UES Capgemini.
