class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>Cette ambition s\u2019est notamment concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e par la signature avec les organisations syndicales en 2011, puis en 2015, en 2018, en 2021 puis en 2025 de cinq accords successifs d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 cette question de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes mais aussi la parentalit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces accords ont notamment poursuivi l\u2019objectif de suppression des \u00e9carts salariaux entre les femmes et les hommes. Ceux-ci sont calcul\u00e9s en application de la m\u00e9thode statistique dont les principes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9s avec les organisations syndicales, et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans l\u2019Accord \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, parentalit\u00e9 et \u00e9quilibre des temps de vie, sign\u00e9 le 30 septembre 2025 par quatre organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est \u00e9galement applicable aux \u00e9carts salariaux existant entre les hommes et les femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de la loi&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Avenir professionnel&nbsp;\u00bb du 5 Septembre 2018, l\u2019UES Capgemini a \u00e9tabli son Index d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-au-titre-de-l-annee-2025-l-index-egalite-professionnelle-de-l-ues-capgemini-fait-apparaitre-un-score-de-94-points-100\"><strong>Au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025, l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle de l\u2019UES Capgemini fait appara\u00eetre un score de 94 points \/ 100.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Indicateurs<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Score obtenu<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Score maximum<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ecart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration femmes-hommes entre les femmes-hommes, \u00e0 poste et \u00e0 \u00e2ge comparables<\/td><td>39 points<\/td><td>40 points<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ecart de taux d\u2019augmentation individuelle, hors promotion<\/td><td>20 points<\/td><td>20 points<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ecart de taux de promotion<\/td><td>15 points<\/td><td>15 points<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pourcentage de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9<\/td><td>15 points<\/td><td>15 points<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Nombre de salari\u00e9s du sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 parmi les 10 plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations<\/td><td>5 points<\/td><td>10 points<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier indicateur, calcul\u00e9 au sein de chaque cat\u00e9gorie socio-professionnelle (Ouvriers \/ Employ\u00e9s \/ Techniciens et agents de ma\u00eetrise\/ Ing\u00e9nieurs et cadres) fait apparaitre un \u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en faveur des hommes de 0,3% en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce r\u00e9sultat est le fruit du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 depuis 2011 avec les organisations syndicales dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et portant sur l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u2019UES Capgemini en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au global, cet Index d\u00e9montre la force de l\u2019engagement de l\u2019UES Capgemini dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et illustre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des actions men\u00e9es. Nous sommes d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 aboutir \u00e0 la suppression totale des \u00e9carts salariaux et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer encore notre politique en mati\u00e8re de mixit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El\u00e9ments de contexte et m\u00e9thodologie&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La loi n\u00b0 2018-771 du 5 septembre 2018 dite \u00ab&nbsp;loi avenir professionnel&nbsp;\u00bb, compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02019-15 du 8 janvier 2019 impose \u00e0 toutes les entreprises de mettre en place un dispositif d\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes en vue de mettre fin, en l\u2019espace de trois ans, \u00e0 tout \u00e9cart de salaires injustifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet effet,&nbsp;<strong>un Index \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong>, commun \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des entreprises, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re du Travail. Il permet de calculer l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et d\u2019identifier les \u00e9ventuels points de progression et les leviers sur lesquels les diff\u00e9rents acteurs de l\u2019entreprise peuvent agir pour faire progresser l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Index, sur 100 points, se calcule au niveau de l\u2019UES Capgemini \u00e0 partir des 5 indicateurs suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes-hommes, \u00e0 poste et \u00e0 \u00e2ge comparables (40 points),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9cart de taux d\u2019augmentation individuelle, hors promotion (20 points),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9cart de taux de promotion (15 points),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 (15 points), d\u00e8s lors que des augmentations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9es en leur absence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le nombre de salari\u00e9s du sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 parmi les 10 plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations (10 points).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La somme des r\u00e9sultats obtenus par l\u2019entreprise pour chacun de ces indicateurs donne une note sur 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la note obtenue est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 75 points, des mesures correctives et le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, des mesures de rattrapage salarial doivent \u00eatre mises en place.
