I support Operational Performance improvement and large-scale Transformation Programs of large industrial and service groups (my clients are mainly engaged in the Energy, Utilities, Banking & Insurance sectors).
I focus on improving Performance, Quality & Client satisfaction by leveraging Lean management approach and digital levers (Automation, Analytics, Chatbot, …), coaching teams in their transformation. I also developed the Operations Design Offer, which is inspired of the best practices and great principles of design Thinking in order to deeply transform the Operations .
