With a former background oriented Delivery and Project Director, I have been able to develop strong competencies on the Telco & Media market and more particularly around the Customer Relationship Management. My various past experiences on this market enabled me to work with major and most significant players in this area in France and abroad (Orange, SFR, Everything Everywhere, Mobistar, La Poste Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Canal+, SITA, Tunisie Télécom, QTel…).

Over last years, I have more focused on management responsibilities and I have especially been leading a Skill Group Management covering all following topics (offer management, pyramid management, recruitment, training, staffing, chargeability, productivity).  I am now in charge of the Strategy and Business Development for Customer Experience on the Telco & Media market (France & MEA – supporting as well major European accounts). On top of chasing new deal and building winning proposal, my team also tries to be as much active as possible on events and press releases.
