As a Senior Business Analyst, he bridges complex business needs with technical solutions for clients. For Valtteri, delivering value is not only about solving the immediate problem \u2014 it\u2019s also about strengthening trust and building long-term partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-can-you-share-a-bit-about-your-professional-background-before-joining-capgemini\"><strong>Can you share a bit about your professional background before joining Capgemini?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining Capgemini, I built a diverse foundation across several small and medium-sized consultancies, where I held various roles, most recently as a Lead Data Analyst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in my career, I served as a Product Owner for an analytics platform at an accounting firm, where I bridged the gap between business needs and technical development. I also worked as an in-house Reporting Specialist at a sheet metal manufacturing company, where I developed hands-on expertise in operational reporting and data infrastructure in a production-driven setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These experiences continue to guide how I approach client work today, helping me see both the technical details and the broader business purpose behind every solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-inspired-you-to-pursue-a-career-in-it-consulting-in-financial-services\"><strong>What inspired you to pursue a career in IT consulting in Financial Services?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>My interest in both Financial Services sector and IT sparked during my studies in Information Systems Science at the Turku School of Economics. That blend of business and technology naturally steered me toward consulting, where I enjoy the variety of projects and the opportunity to solve complex problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capgemini stood out to me for its global reach, collaborative culture, and strong focus on innovation \u2014 especially in helping clients navigate digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3a51b37a60bb8381ae635f6cf805345f is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#0058ab\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13950dc5f61b4b9ea10051f6545e93ab\" style=\"color:#0058ab\"><strong><em>\u201dCapgemini stood out to me for its global reach, collaborative culture, and strong focus on innovation \u2014 especially in helping clients navigate digital transformation.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-kind-of-projects-do-you-typically-work-on-as-a-senior-business-analyst\"><strong>What kind of projects do you typically work on as a Senior Business Analyst?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Most of my projects revolve around reporting and transforming data into actionable insights and smarter decision-making. <br><br>What I enjoy most about consulting is that no two projects are the same \u2014 each client brings a different environment, set of stakeholders, and unique business challenge. That variety requires you to think creatively, tailor solutions, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-do-you-find-most-rewarding-about-your-work\"><strong>What do you find most rewarding about your work?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>What I find most rewarding is seeing the direct impact of a job well done. In consulting, this becomes visible in many ways: renewed assignments, positive feedback from clients, and the feeling that the work genuinely made a difference.
