If so, we would like to offer you a position as a ServiceMax Developer in our Application Services business unit!
As a ServiceMax Developer you will take on a crucial role in our client’s field services development projects of different sizes. We focus a lot on industrialization of our processes and ways of working – everything from our DevOps approach to Bid work and Requirement Elicitation. Thus, we expect you too to find motivation from contributing towards improving common ways of working and the overall knowledge base of our ServiceMax competence. Working and collaborating closely with your team and other stakeholders should cheer you up rather than turn you down. In addition to feeling comfy working as part of an interactive team, we would appreciate if your technical ability, character and motivation were well suited for leading the projects’ technical solutioning as well. We often deliver projects with an international team, where you as part of our local team, have a direct connection with the client. In the big picture, your ability to bring forward the best technical solutions will contribute directly to the success of the whole team. Working closely with the team’s architect, you will play an important role in delivering customer value – also physically at the client premises if needed.
Ideal background to succeed in the role
In order to thrive in the position, we hope you’d have at least a couple years’ experience in ServiceMax field services implementation projects – if you have knowledge in advanced ServiceMax administration, your start will be even smoother. Ideally you would also have experience in configuring and customizing objects in ServiceBoard, ServiceMaxGo and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem in connection to field services.
You might be the person we’re looking for if you have
- 2+ years of experience with development on the Salesforce platform.
- Knowledge in Development Life Cycles and processes on the Force.com platform using industry-standard practices (Agile, CI/CD)
- Excellent team working skills combined with a positive and service-oriented attitude
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English. Good Finnish language skills are a plus.
