We are looking for a dynamic Service Technician to join our growing team

Capgemini’s portfolio of Infrastructure services includes a full spectrum of End-User Services, Cloud/Data Services, Service Integration offerings, and Cybersecurity Services. Our unique approach to Infrastructure Services connects solutions, services and suppliers to implement integrated solutions across the IT supply chain. Our IT service management team works in close co-operation with large business clients ensuring smooth delivery of day to day IT services.

As our new Service Technician, you will be involved in IT service management working with our cloud infrastructure services clients in areas such as supplier management, change management, or incident management. You will join our team of process managers and will learn from the experienced process management professionals. Your assignments contain client collaboration, assignment coordination, problem solving, reporting and continual service improvement tasks.

You might be a recent graduate or have some previous work experience. ITIL and SIAM are familiar terms to you, and you want to learn more about them in practise. You feel passioned about process development. With strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ambition, you feel right at home coordinating assignments independently. You are also fluent in both Finnish and English. Previous experience in IT is not a requirement, but a genuine interest towards cloud infrastructure services will help you along the way.
