We are looking for a new colleague to join our small but efficient HR team in Keilaniemi, Espoo. Our team belongs to a Capgemini network of 3000+ HR professionals across the globe, ensuring that you remain inspired and proud about what you do, with possibility to make your mark both locally and globally if you wish. Many of our HR processes are handled by our Indian team, enabling our team to focus changing business & people priorities.
Your role will be modified according to your key competence areas and interests, but for sure it will include several different HR areas such as talent management, legal & employee relations, taking part or leading HR projects, outsourcing deals, coaching and training managers, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development matters, wellbeing management or HR reporting and analytics. We know that this may sound a lot, but we are not expecting you to be expert in all mentioned areas. Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory.
