As part of my current role, I am globally responsible for overseeing, building and delivering Capgemini’s Digital Customer Experience portfolio, in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce and FrontEnd (Interactive).
I have over 25 years of industry experience, with more than ten years of experience within Digital and Mobile. I have a deep knowledge and understanding in technical implementation and business consulting.
I have been in the middle of several new-age Technologies for a while, where I held a number of roles including Head of Products & Solutions and Head of the Mobility Practice. I joined Capgemini in 2013 as Vice President & Global Deputy of Mobile Solutions Service Line. Since, I have had tenures including Global Digital CoE Leader and DCX India Leader. In my time at Capgemini, my focus has been to help deliver value at scale for our clients particularly in the domains of CRM, Content Management, Marketing, Commerce, Business Process and Digital Channels.
