Jerome Thomas

I help our client grow on innovation and transformation to generate value for their customer/users, by deploying a sustainable, open and collaborative Framework within projects. I developed in 2017 a new approach, leveraging collective intelligence and ideation techniques to create the right conditions for bottom-up innovation and position the CIO  and his teams as the accelerator of business transformation.

I held different sales and operations positions, supporting various major organizations on their way to innovate and transform in IT delivery to Businesses. Managing complex bids and contractual engagements led me to develop a strong ability to mobilize teams in order to challenge organizations status quo.
