I am an Agile coach at Capgemini Business technology services with a specialty in scaling and architecture in agile context. I have a broad background and experience in Architecture, IT Governance and software development methods. I coach agile teams and their management in the transformation to agile and agility of the organization they are part of.
Various frameworks and theories such as lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS and DevOps are the basis for my approach and results. An important part of my work is the coaching of Scrum Masters, Product Owners and management. This entails working on an agile mindset and culture of the organization, as a crucial part of each transformation. An agile transformation is a socio-technological change and consists of three interconnected aspects: cultural change, technological change and organizational change.
