About the webinar

Process mining can lead to profits and savings measured in millions. Such large-scale initiatives often also have the most compelling business cases, but the downside is that some consider process mining to require too big an investment and commitment to even get it started. In reality, it does not have to be like that.

In this webinar, Miikka Roth from Capgemini Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence opens up more ways than one on how you can use process mining to empower your development ideas and initiatives in your own operational environment with data and insights you can get only through process mining. We also cover options on how to apply quick on-the-spot analysis without full-scale time and money investments.

This webinar is targeted at an audience interested in finding the first steps to take with process mining, in identifying new ways to improve processes and in rationalizing improvement opportunities with data and insights. No prior knowledge on the subject is required.
