I am passionate about bringing the best of Capgemini to drive business impacts for global organizations. I am the Chief Marketing Officer at Capgemini North America, responsible for working with clients and stakeholders across industries to develop and implement their growth strategies. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, I also assess our digital campaigns and platforms, work to reimagine our customer experience, and build marketing capabilities to strengthen the organization. Some of my recent work includes:
• Implementing new processes and technologies for increased engagement and providing dark-funnel analyses
• Driving brand-value growth by 12% from 2019 to 2020, which was recognized by Brand Finance
• Increasing marketing-influenced bookings at Capgemini from 15 to 37% in three years by focusing on talent development and martech, especially in the areas of digital marketing, customer experience, campaigns, and marketing automation.
Prior to joining Capgemini, I served as the Global Head of Marketing for leading digital marketing and customer-engagement agencies. I often speak at industry events on the latest trends, emerging martech, talent transformation, digital marketing, and the marketing-IT department connection. I am a member of the Center for Marketing Solutions Advisory Board at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
