As a Business Development Leader of Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), I work with a broad range of global clients across multiple sectors who are facing mission-critical situations and alignment issues. I use Capgemini’s ASE tools to help solve their complex business issues.
My knowledge of strategic partnerships and alliances, organizational transformation design, change management, and relationship and business development is the foundation of my professional background and expertise.
I work to maintain an outstanding record of performance and success through my consultative and collaborative skills. My goal is to bring about positive change. To that end, I apply decisive leadership and strategic thinking.
My recent work includes:
- Designing strategic partner sales motions for key technology partnerships, accelerating sales to over $1 billion in revenue
- Launching a cross-sector data and analytics client consortium to optimize client decision making with data
- Developing a leading NA retailer’s five-year growth strategy, including rebuilding their analytics, designing for personals, and reinventing their customer experience.
I keep both personally and professionally active as a member of the InVision Design Leadership Forum, and I serve on the board of three nonprofit organizations.
I split my time between Los Angeles and Seattle with my wife and dog. I am a certified mindfulness facilitator and I spend my spare time doing yoga, reading, and traveling.
