For more than eight years I have been consulting national and international clients from various industries on change management and agile transformation. With my deep understanding of agility, I support my clients how to develop innovative organizational models taking into account the required corporate cultures, team structures and leadership behavior. I accompanies my clients in changing their patterns of action and thinking and thus achieving a sustainable digital transformation.
