Value Hacking is the Capgemini Invent methodology for discovering, unleashing and realizing the value of companies and organizations.
The Value Hacking team focuses on strategic value assessments for new business models, business cases for transformations, portfolio analyses, and value-based steering models.
Chris leads the Dutch Value Hacking team and is globally responsible for the methodology and training of consultants and clients.

- Development and implementation of an organization-specific business case methodology for the Dutch tax authorities

Background
Chris has worked for Capgemini Invent for more than 12 years, of which the last five as Global Lead. His projects concentrate on thr point where strategy, innovation, and finance merge.
Chris draws on a wealth of experience from different clients and markets, and he is continuously transferring knowledge and lessons learned from one market to the next one.
He has conducted value hacking projects for a range of organizations and companies in both the private and (semi) public sector. With topics ranging from strategy development, to sustainability, to business model innovation and implementation of new IT systems.

Chris is fluent in Dutch and English. In his spare time, he loves to sail and playing the game of Magic: The Gathering.
