For a little over 20 years I have been working on the transformation of IT in various contexts. Initially, I gained experience at a large system integrator within the multitude of IT areas, such as IT strategy, design, programming, and outsourcing. Subsequently, I continued to expand my expertise in the comprehensive strategic consulting of CIOs. I am particularly interested in topics related to digital IT strategy and I address questions like: What will digital IT business models of the future look like and how can IT organizations be made more agile, flexible and efficient?
At Capgemini Invent, my team and I are responsible for helping CIOs to define the IT of their companies’ future and to support them throughout the transformation process. My personal focus industries are automotive, manufacturing and insurance. What our customers appreciate most about our team is the way we jointly work with them to make the project a success, our pragmatic approach and our focus on developing IT business models that are feasible.
My role fits very well with Capgemini Invent’s mission on driving digitization, because “there is no digital enterprise without a digital IT”. We make sure that digital business models are supported by IT and therefore are scalable.
