    Test Center Of Excellence - Setting up Test Practice for the company. The program started from defining process framework based on TMMI standards, service catalog, operating model of TCOE, TMO, TEO, organizational changes, aligning process framework with existing CMMI framework, tool. Set up global test team, Set up new team to delivery open source based solutions for business needs. Following solutions are developed. 1.DEVOPS – A unique integrated development platform for complete software (product) development life cycle. This platform provides end-to-end dynamic traceability. It automates CMMI/TMMI/ITIL process, checklists, templates, audits, workflow. It allows building repository of reusable assets It increases team productivity by 40%. 2.Document management – Enterprise class open source dms with workflow. 3.Knowledge management – Knowledge management solution includes portal, workflow, DMS integration, Learning Management System, Federated search, knowledge analytics. 4.Test management – A plug-in that adds functionality of complete test management, quality assurance, quality management to JIRA. 5.Project management – A solution which supports and integrates commercial project management, 6.Survey platform – There are many departments providing services to internal and external customers, they regularly need to seek feedback from customers and generate customer satisfaction index (CSAT). 7.Education Platform – A platform provides education market place for everyone School going child to lifelong learners.
