I find it rewarding to bring a client’s vision to life by solving difficult problems that yield tangible business benefits. I am a Senior Manager responsible for commerce strategy and solution design. Since 2016, I have provided digital-commerce solutions for our clients and worked to deliver improved customer experiences to drive growth in business value. Problem solving is my main focus. I find ways to address client wants and needs, bridge internal communication gaps, and overcome obstacles in a timely manner. I am passionate about taking on projects where I know I can make a significant improvement to what they have, such as the end-customer experience, or implement what they do not yet possess. Some of my recent work includes: • Helping a client define, align, and articulate the digital strategy and approach for entering new markets • Supporting the design and solution of an omnichannel e-commerce website for a client in the chemicals industry, with the aim of improving sales and promoting future growth • Assisting the launch of a direct-to-consumer channel for a B2B company that is now seeing a 300% growth in subscription revenue and 350% in total customers. My expertise includes commerce strategy, B2B and B2C commerce, large-scale deployments and global rollouts, direct-to-consumer strategies, and sales solutions. In my free time, I promote initiatives around animal care and protection. I am proud to have made a difference in helping two large cities adopt a no-kill status.
