I like to get a clear picture of the (complex) customer challenges and vision as a starting point to translate this in into (architectural) simplify standard solution and process. A process doesn’t solely exists in a front or solely in back end solution. The collaboration between the front and back end processes is key to deliver the best user experience. How these fits best is a joint journey between the business and IT. An Agile project method like SAP Activate helps to support these challenges.

Kim is a Principal Solution Architect with expertise in C/4HANA, S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. I’m a member of the SAP Center of Excellence always looking for new innovated solutions and if and how these might be beneficial for our customers.
